Stepping into construction at just 16, he later achieved a significant milestone with his inaugural major project in 2005. Fueled by unyielding passion, he pursued a civil engineering degree and subsequently obtained a General Contractor’s license, seamlessly merging his academic pursuits with his profound love for the field. However, amid the onset of the Great Recession and the subsequent decline in construction demand, Dean smoothly transitioned into the tech industry, where he cultivated invaluable expertise and insights. It was in 2014 that he laid the groundwork for his company.

As both the CEO and founder of Builpire, Dean amalgamates his extensive knowledge from both construction and technology realms to offer a customer-centric advantage in the pursuit of building dream homes.
